Srirangam Cafe Mysuru — Udupi Style, Pure Veg, Reasonable Prices — Be Careful on the Stairs
This restaurant is located on Vanivilas Road, near RTO Circle. I thought it was a Tamil Iyengar-style eatery, but found it to be Udupi style (the mild, sweet sambar for idli and masale-dose is Udupi's signature).
Visited this cafe for breakfast after a Sunday morning walk at Kukkarahalli Lake.

Few issues to note

No AC?
The roof seems to be made of powder-coated sheet. It may feel hot during the afternoon and uncomfortable in summer. I could not find an AC — only ceiling fans.
Personally, an air conditioner is not my preference. I prefer an ordinary dining area under a fan. But the place should not make me sweat while I eat!

Srirangam Cafe Stairs — Tricky Stairs
Be careful when you climb to the first floor — the stairs are not friendly for kids and seniors.
Additionally, waiters have to bring food from the ground floor. They have to walk down multiple times — a strenuous job!
Some users on Instagram and Google have reported that "the service is slow." These awkward stairs are to blame!
